Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in new condition.
Used or customer-damaged items will not be refunded and may be sent back. For items that arrived damaged, contact us with evidence within 30 days of delivery however evidence for claims that are over 10 days past delivery will need to be provided that the damage was not caused by customer misuse. Genuine faulty/damaged returns will be fully refunded including postage
Items may be exchanged for another size or product, with a maximum of 3 exchanges per order.
Returns for damaged/faulty products will be paid in full by us, however regular exchanges or returns will be paid by the customer for a total of £6 (Small Parcel) or £10 (Medium Parcel)
